The Johnson Controls AS-UNT1126-0 Controller is a digital unit that is part of the company's UNT1100 Series. It is used to manage single-zone HVAC systems that have a single terminal unit, such as air handlers, packaged rooftop units, unit ventilators, fan coils, and heat pumps. The HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings may be controlled and monitored with the help of this controller. The AS-UNT1126-0 controller has six analog inputs for precise measurement and monitoring of temperature, pressure, or other analog parameters through 1K ohm RTD, 0-10 VDC, or 0-2 VDC signals. It also accepts six binary inputs from external devices or sensors through 24 VAC dry contact signals through its six available inputs. The controller has two analog outputs that can supply 0-10 VDC signals at 10 mA each, allowing for the regulation of devices like variable speed drives and dampers that use such inputs. It also has six binary outputs in the form of 24 VAC Class 2 2A relays, making it easy to toggle loads or trigger other devices. The Class 2 transformer that powers the AS-UNT1126-0 accepts an input voltage between 20 and 30 VAC at either 50 or 60 Hz. Excluding the power needed for relays and valves, its maximum consumption is 7 VA. Environments with temperatures between -40 and 60 degrees Celsius (-40 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit) are supported. The controller is compatible with the Metasys® N2 communications bus, allowing for simple two-wire plus reference connection with network supervisory controllers. In addition, 1/4" spade lugs are used for terminations, and screw terminals that may be plugged over the spade lugs are provided as an alternative for various wiring arrangements. There are two choices for installing the AS-UNT1126-0 controller: screwing it to a surface or mounting it on a DIN rail.
