The HE693TCR050 provides affordable functionality to PLC users. This NEMA 4-12, panel mountable unit lets PLC users access the complete PLC I/O table, where changes can be made to machine setpoints, etc. The Data Access Unit features a two-line by 16 character LCD display. The LCD characters are bright and highly visible with a character height of 0.38". Eight tactile feel keys allow to be selected, display, and/or change registers in the PLC. The unit communicates to the PLC SNP port through an on-board RS-422 port. The Data Access Unit is powered by 5VDC, which is provided to the unit through the communications port. Optional 24VDC powered units are also available. The Data Access Unit is not programmable, its functionality is pre-defined at the factory.
