Technical Information

The IC200TBM002 terminal strip is a box-style auxiliary I/O terminal strip with 18 internally-bussed IEC box-style connecting terminals. It is manufactured by the GE Fanuc and GE Intelligent Platforms as part of the VersaMax product line. This device is designed for use in providing additional wiring connections for the terminal-style input and output carriers as well as for interposing input and output terminals. This auxiliary I/O terminal strip has mounting tabs on the top edge as well as insert-slots beneath the interposing I/O terminals or I/O carrier to enhance convenient and easy installation. Additionally, the IC200TBM002 auxiliary I/O terminal strip is connected in the same way, and it has panel-mounting holes for additional stability in environments with high levels of vibrations. This unit accommodates current levels of up to 8 Amps as well as voltage ratings of up to 264 Volts AC. However, the terminal can tolerate a voltage of up to 300 Volts AC without becoming damaged.

 

The GE Fanuc IC200TBM002 box-style auxiliary I/O terminal strip has no electrical connections from the interposing I/O terminals or the terminal-style I/O carrier, and making connections requires all of the necessary electrical references. It can be connected with a single solid stranded cable rated with a gauge of AWG #14 to AWG #22. This terminal also supports the use of 2 wires with a maximum gauge of AWG #18. The IC200TBM002 terminal strip comes with 18 wiring terminals that are internally bussed and have the design of an IEC box. This design is intended to provide additional space between the input and output carriers of the terminal and the interposing input and output terminals.
