Product Description


IC200CHS012 is a Box-Style Interposing Input Output Terminal manufactured by GE Fanuc for the Versamax series. It weighs 1.00 lb. This particular carrier works in conjunction with the IC200CHS003 base and connecting cable IC200CBL1xxx.  The connecting cable is used to attach the connector-style input/output carrier and 36 box-style terminals. 

Among this unit’s most outstanding features is a transparent protective hinged door that covers all the wiring terminals and a board provided with each I/O module that can be folded and inserted in this door. The IC200CHS012 takes maximum current levels of up to 2Amps per point or 8Amps per each ground and power. The voltage range should not exceed 264 Volt AC. Power surges below 300 Volt AC cannot damage this particular carrier. Additional auxiliary input-output terminal strips can be added to provide extra field wiring connections when necessary. Auxiliary input/output terminal strips insert directly into the lower edge of the IC200CHS012.

The IC200CHS012 unit can be mounted on the same DIN rail as the connector-style I/O carrier or on a separate DIN rail. For those applications that require maximum resistance to shock and mechanical vibration, the IC200CHS012 input /output terminal unit must be panel mounted.
