IC200CHS011 is a 36 Barrier Interposing I/O Carrier manufactured by GE Fanuc for the VersaMax series. It provides an interface to a connector-style I/O carrier to field wiring. It measures 4.350 in. x 5.500 in. x 2.750 in.
Features that characterize IC200CHS011 include its ability to provide different types of snap-together input/output carriers, interposing terminals that offer exceptional flexibility, and hot insertion and removal. Additionally, this carrier supports barrier-style, EIC box style, and spring-style terminals.
Each terminal in this unit accommodates one or two solid or stranded wires from AWG of 22 or AWG of 14. The IC200CHS011 can accommodate stranded wires of 14 AWG.
The IC200CHS011 accommodates a voltage range of up to 264 VAC and current levels of up to 2amps per point or 8amps per each power and ground. Power surges of up to 300 VAC cannot damage this carrier. Multiple auxiliary input-output terminal strips can be added to provide extra field wiring connections if needed. Auxiliary input-output terminal strips insert directly into the lower edge of the I/O carrier.
The IC200CHS011 can be mounted on the same DIN rail as the connector-style input-output carrier or on a separate DIN rail. There are applications that require maximum resistance to mechanical vibration and shock. In such cases, the IC200CHS011 must be panel-mounted.
