Versamax micro 20/40/64 user program memory module. Compatiable with 20/40/64 only PLC
The GE Fanuc IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module is a 128 KB option memory module for the 20-point, 40-point, and 64-point VersaMax Micro PLC systems. The IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module is used to store and update the PLC configurations, application programs, and reference table data of the VersaMax Micro 20/40/64 PLCs. This memory module is installed directly into the Port 2 on the front of the Micro PLC, and the power for operation is drawn from the port. The IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module allows a CPU or a programmer to write data in its memory, and it also allows the programmer to read and compare the stored data with the data that is already present in the programmer. The IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module also allows for the copying of its contents from 1 CPU to another, and this is done by simply removing the memory module from one CPU and installing it in another.
Standard features on the IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module include 128 KB of storage memory, a Read/Write/Verify capability that is available through the programmer command, and the ability of the programmer/CPU to read its data upon start-up. The Micro 20/40/64 CPU can read, write, or verify programs, do configurations, and access the data table on the IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module by using a programmer. When reading or verifying the memory content, the IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module offers options for the selection of hardware configuration, logic, and/or reference table data, however, these options are limited when data is written to the memory module. The reading of the data on the IC200UMB001 Memory Pack Module is automatic when the module is connected to Port 2 of the PLC, and the LED indicator on the front panel of the module indicates that data is being transferred from the memory module to the PLC.
