The IC200UEX624 expansion module is made by GE Fanuc and it is designed to be a 4-point analog expansion module. This device has a current inrush time of 1 microsecond at 30 Volts to tell the application engineers when to stabilize the circuit to a normal operating value. At the same nominal voltage rating of 30 Volts, the input current is 0.1 Amps with an input voltage between 105 to 125 Volts AC. Because the connection point is located on the right side of this expansion module, it can be extended to the next expansion module in a large-scale system to be as flexible as possible. There are LED indicators which are the “OK” LED and the “Local Power Mode” LED for visually indicating the operating status of the module. Cables that are any length from 0.5 meters to 1 meter in length can be used with the IC200UEX624 expansion module and other expansion modules.
The output voltage specifications of the IC200UEX624 expansion module range between 0 and 10 Volts but it can operate at a maximum of 10.23 Volts and it has 2 single-sided non-isolated analog channels with the ability to convert binary values or 4 values that are provided by a microprocessor into analog signals by using block transfer programming. The accuracy and precision is +/-1% of the full scale over the operating temperature range. At 10 Volts, the output load is 10 kiloohms, which gives it the ability to tolerate an unusual or abnormal power supply from the main grid to ensure device and user safety and support the required application process. The IC200UEX624 expansion module is configured with an error allowance of 1% for step input in terms of filter time with a resolution of 12 bits.
