Technical Information

The IC200UDR120 module is a VersaMax Micro PLC module manufactured by GE Fanuc. This industrial automation PLC module accepts 12 Volts DC input voltage and it provides 8 relay outputs rated at 2 Amps of current. It works with 100 Volts AC to 240 Volts AC input power for regular operation. The PLC module is used with different input devices, including push buttons, limit switches, and proximity switches. The IC200UDR120 expansion module comes with an internal communication port. It also has serial ports to connect with the programmer terminal and different display units. The range of the AC power in the PLC is 100 to 240 Volts AC (-15% to +10%.) The holdup time is 10 milliseconds with A voltage range between 85 and 100 Volts AC. The relay output of the expansion unit comes with a voltage rating between 5 and 30 Volts DC or 5 and 250 Volts AC. 

 

The IC200UDR120 PLC module has a leakage current of 15 milliamps at 240 Volts AC. The minimum load is 10 milliamps and the maximum inrush is 9.4 Amps for up to 20 milliseconds. The contacts are mechanical and they are rated for approximately 20 million operations. The maximum counter frequency of the expansion unit is 100 kHz. The unit has a pulse width between 20 and 80% of the duty cycles at a frequency of 200 Kilohertz. The IC200UDR120 PLC module has LED indicators on the front panel for all the individual inputs and outputs. Each LED illuminates when there is activity at its input or output. The expansion unit also has communication ports for Ethernet and local network connections.
