Technical Information

The IC200UDR003 module is a GE Fanuc Intelligent Versamax micro module. It is a 14-point PLC microcontroller. It accepts 8 DC input and it offers 6 relay outputs with a current rating of 2 Amps. These relay outputs are usually open outputs and they can control 5 to 30 Volts DC or 5 to 250 Volts AC rated output devices. The PLC uses 12 Volts DC input power for PLC operation. The power source has a transient current capability to support the inrush current of the power supply. The 8 DC inputs can be used as both positive or negative counter inputs. The module is compatible with a wide range of devices when it is used as a standard input module. It can be used with limit switches, buttons, and sensors. The relay outputs of IC200UDR003 module are able to control different types of devices, including indicators and solenoids. The internal coils are powered with the internal power supply. The relay output can be configured as HSC outputs.

 

The GE Fanuc IC200UDR003 PLC micro module comes with a hold up time of 3 milliseconds. It has an inrush current of 9.2 Amps at 12 Volts DC voltage. The inrush time is 200 us and the input current is 200 milliamps. It comes with an input power supply rating of 3 Watts. The isolation rating of the relay output is 1500 Volts RMS between the field side and the logic side. The leakage current is 15 milliamps with a voltage rating of 240 Volts AC. The IC200UDR003 PLC micro module is able to handle a minimum load of 10 milliamps and maximum inrush current of 5 Amps per half cycle.
