Technical Information

The IC200UDR002 PLC module is a Versamax 14-point, compact, micro PLC module made by GE Fanuc. It comes with 8 DC inputs and 6 normally open relay outputs. It requires +24 Volts DC nominal input power for normal module operation. Some of the features of this module include its barrier style terminal strip with a protective cover, RS-232 serial ports with the RTU slave protocol, serial I/O, SNP/SNPX protocol support, and its memory protect switch. It is possible to configure the IC200UDR002 PLC module as a high-speed counter module. The counters offer processing facilities for up to 10 kilohertz of rapid-pulse data for a variety of industrial control applications such as meter proving and material handling.

 

The IC200UDR002 VersaMax 14-point micro PLC module supports expansion units for providing extended operation. Each counter of the PLC module can be enabled independently for different configurations. A minimum of 2 Amps of current can be used to start the DC power supply because it requires more current at the startup than when running. The application program can be programmed by using a ladder diagram or the instruction list programming formats. Its 6 normally open relay outputs are Form A, single-pole, single-throw relay outputs which can also be configured as HCS outputs. The relays have about 20 million mechanical operations of contact life. The IC200UDR002 PLC module comes with 3 indicator LEDs that are the “PWR,” “OK,” and “RUN” LEDs for providing visual status updates for the module. Its compact, sturdy design ensures long term durability and efficiency throughout the application process. It is the ideal solution for low-end motion applications such as material handling, packaging, and converting applications.
