The IC200UDD110 Micro PLC module is a Versamax 28-point PLC made by GE Fanuc. It comes with twelve 24 Volts DC rated outputs and 16 DC inputs. A voltage level of 24 Volts DC of nominal input power is required to operate this PLC module. The IC200UDD110 Micro PLC module is configured to read configurations at power-up from the ROM flash memory or from the RAM. The typical scan rate of the module is 1.1 ms/K for the boolean logic and the real-time clock accuracy is +/- 0.5%. The specifications of the DC power include 19.2 Volts DC to 30 Volts DC of operating voltage range, 10 milliseconds of hold-up time at 19.2 Volts DC, 1 Amp of inrush current at 30 Volts DC, and 5 Watts of rated input power supply.
The IC200UDD110 Micro PLC module has barrier-style terminal strips for 4 removable screw-down terminals that come with protective covers. Some of the features of this module include 2 serial communication ports that support the ASP/SNPX master and slave protocols, 9K words of program memory, 2048 words of registers, and a lithium battery to back up the RAM. The 2 potentiometers located at the front of the module are helpful for adjusting the values of the analog registers. It has configurable DC inputs that are suitable for use as positive and negative logic standard inputs. The IC200UDD110 Micro PLC module also supports a replaceable battery assembly to maintain the memory for a longer time than the backup battery can. It consists of 12 transistor output circuits that are compatible for use with load devices such as lamps, valves, and contractors.
