The IC693MDL734 is a 125 Volts DC with Positive Logic/Negative Logic and 1 Ampere Output module which is a component of the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controllers manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This module offers 6 isolated point outputs with power output terminals. The dual characteristic of this design provides the user with the option to either use positive logic, where current sources from the common user or positive powered terminal bus, or a negative logic, where current sinks from the common user loads or negative powered terminal bus. With both positive and negative logic options, the module is compatible with a variety of output devices. The devices on field operate on a compatible user-supplied power source.
In order to communicate the ON/OFF state of each output circuit, every point has a corresponding LED indicator. All of these LED indicators are situated on the top surface of the module. The LED lights are organized in two rows. The six ON/OFF state indicators are green and in the first row, labelled A1 through A6. The circuit wiring is located on the inside surface of the module door panel, whereas the information for identifying the voltage type is present on the other side. The IC693MDL734 is high-voltage module, as indicated by a red color-coded scheme marked near the left side edge of the insert. This insert fits between inside and the outside surface of the door panel. It is recommended to set up external fusing.
The Series 90-30 PLC system is contained in either a 5 slot baseplate or a ten slot baseplate. The IC693MDL734 may be installed into any of the I/O slots. The IC693MDL734 has a voltage rating of 125 VDC, six isolated outputs isolated, and a 1mA maximum output current per point when active. All outputs on the IC693MDL734 have 90mA power consumption via 5-volt power supply.
