Product Description

 

The IC693MDL640 is a 24 Volt DC positive logic input module for the GE Fanuc Series 90-30.  This module provides 16 input points in one group with a common power input terminal. This input module is crafted to have positive logic characteristics, meaning it sinks current from the input devices to the user common or negative power bus. The input device is connected to the positive power bus and the module input. A current running into an input point results in a logic 1 in the input status table.  The module’s Input characteristics make it compatible with a wide range of input devices such as pushbuttons, limit switches, and electronic proximity switches. 

Other technical specifications include an input voltage range of -30 to +30 volts DC with 16 input modules per group. The on-state voltage ranges between 15 to 30 volts DC while the off-state voltage ranges between -30 to 5 volts DC. The on-state current is rated at a 4-mA minimum while the off-state current remains at a 1.5 mA maximum. The module has an on/off response time of 7ms. It is best operated in an atmosphere with ambient temperatures between 0 to 60 degrees Celsius with a humidity between 5 to 95% non-condensing.
