90-70 MDL250 to RX3i MDL260 Harness Assembly
The IC695CRH003 assembly is a harness assembly for Series 90-70 to Rx3i device conversion. It is designed and distributed by GE Intelligent Platforms and GE Fanuc as part of the PACSystems Rx3i series. This wiring harness or harness assembly is intended for use with the IC695ACC651 input and output adapter card and the IC695ACC650 conversion rack. Each IC695CRH003 harness assembly should be connected to a specific set of inputs and outputs in the existing Series 90-70 systems and in a specific Rx3i module. This module operates on 120 Volts AC power and it provides 32 input points that are arranged in 4 groups of 8 input points each. The division of the inputs into groups allows for the use of every group of input points with a different AC power supply phase. The GE Fanuc IC697MDL250 discrete input module supports conversion. It has reactive inputs with current-voltage properties that are in compliance with the IEC standards.
The IC697MDL250 module’s inputs are well matched with and work with several proximity switches. The module features LED indicators that display the off and on statuses of the individual input points that are provided by the module. It has a power consumption rating of 0.35 Amps at 5 Volts DC. The Rx3i PACSystems devices like this one feature input filter times that enable the IC694MDL260 module, and the GE Fanuc IC695CRH003 series 90-70 to Rx3i harness assembly that is attached to it, to be configured via a programmer. When all the inputs are powered on, these modules have a power consumption rating of 220 milliamps at 5 Volts DC. The IC694MDL260 module and the IC695CRH003 harness assembly have an off-state voltage ranging from 0 to 20 Volts AC.
