IC695ACC412-AA RX3i Replacement Cap Pack IC695CPK330 IC695CPE330
The IC695ACC412 replacement cap pack module belongs to the GE Fanuc PACSystems RX3i series of modules. It is compatible for use with the IC695CPE330 controller module. The IC695ACC412 replacement cap pack module is used to preserve the user memory of a controller during a power failure. It is equipped with a reliable array of capacitors which can be installed at the bottom of the energy pack. The temperature code of the module is T4A. It is designed with an enclosure that is suitable for use in Class I, Division 2, Group A, B, C, and D rated hazardous locations. This capacitor pack module is UL listed to meet a variety of industrial safety standards. It has 3 status indicator LEDs that are the “IN,” “OUT,” and “STAT” LEDs.
The IC695ACC412 replacement cap pack module comes as an energy pack with an enclosure. During wiring, the device must be grounded properly with the shortest wires which terminate at one grounding point so that the grounding point of the energy pack and the controller are the same point. When power is applied to the capacitor pack, the “IN” LED turns on. Then the module performs a self-diagnostic test before providing energy to the controller. The “STAT” LED blinks when the charging process of the pack starts. The “STAT” LED remains on after the charging process is complete, and the controller does not start operation until the cap pack is fully charged. The IC695ACC412 replacement cap pack module signals to the controller when it is fully charged in order to start the application. When replacing the cap pack, make sure to handle it only by the plastic case and not to remove or replace the cap pack during the firmware update process.
