The GE Fanuc IC694MDL916 output module is an RX3i PACSystems series output module with 16 output channels. It is a relay output module that supports point to point isolation. Its switching current rating is 4 Amps and its maximum backplane current draw rating is 300 milliamps. The IC694MDL916 relay output module is meant to be installed in an RX3i PACSystems programmable logic controller or PLC to allow the PLC to communicate with or control external field devices. This output module can be installed in any available slot that is designated for I/O modules in the PLC racks. The IC694MDL916 relay output module can be configured with either the Service Pack 2 or later versions of the Service Pack software, or the Machine Edition version of the Proficy software.
The GE Fanuc RX3i PACSystems IC694MDL916 16-point relay output module uses an external power supply, and it requires a supply voltage rating of 0 to 250 Volts AC or 0 to 125 Volts DC. Its supported output voltage ranges are 5 to 250 Volts AC or 0 to 125 Volts DC with a frequency range of 47 to 63 Hertz for both voltage ranges. The typical response time for the IC694MDL916 relay output module is about 10 milliseconds both when the module is being switched off and when it is being switched on. This module needs to be mounted on a terminal block that will host all of its wiring, and it is compatible with several different kinds of terminal blocks including standard spring and box-style terminal blocks and extended spring and box-style terminal blocks.
