Product Description

The IC694MDL340 is a 120 VAC, 0.5 amp output module with 16 output points manufactured by GE Fanuc for the Rx3i PACSystem. The 16 points are in two groups of eight. Each group is powered by its own common, but the commons are distinct and not connected. Each group of the IC694MDL340 output module can be powered from the same supply or used in a different phase. Both groups are protected from potential power surges by a 3 amp fuse. Each output is also equipped with an RC snubber that eliminates noise that may exist on the power line.

This module provides a high degree of inrush current, which allows the outputs to control a variety of inductive and incandescent loads. Required AC Power to operate loads must be user-supplied. Individually numbered LEDs on the front of the IC694MDL340 module share valuable info such as output performance and blown fuses. The red LED labeled “F” turns ON if either of the fuses become non-functional. A load must be connected to the blown fuse for the LED indicator to emit status. Two red bands warn the user of high voltage danger. The IC694MDL340 module can be installed in any RX3i system I/O slot. Its power requirements are 315mA with all outputs ON powered by a 5 volt bus on the backplane. The module’s output voltage range is between 85 to 132 volts AC.

The IC694MDL340 module is an output module manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation as part of the RX3i PACSystems product series. It features a voltage rating of 120 Volts AC, and it operates on output current of 0.5 Amps for every output point. This module features an inrush current rating of 20 Amps, and an output voltage of 85 to 132 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. The GE Fanuc IC694MDL340 output module features 16 output points that are isolated and arranged in 2 different groups with 8 points each, and there is a different common for each of the groups. These groups can be used individually on separate AC power supply phases, or they can be used on the same power supply phase. Each group has an RC snubber which protects the outputs against noise caused by the power lines electrical transients.

The IC694MDL340 Output Module by GE Fanuc comes with a high inrush current that enables the outputs to handle a variety of inductive and incandescent loads. This output module is powered only by an AC source of power, and this power must be supplied by the users in order to run the loads that are linked to the output. The GE Fanuc IC694MDL340 output module operates in environments with a temperature ranging from 0 and 60 degrees Celsius and it features a non-operating temperature range of -40 and 85 degrees Celsius. This module can handle 5 to 95 percent relative humidity without condensation. Additionally, this module comes with a 10 to 57 Hertz vibrational rating and 0.0524 millimeters of peak displacement. The shock rating of this output module is 15 G for 11 milliseconds.
