Product Description

The IC694MDL330 by GE Fanuc is a 120/240 Volt AC, 2 Amp Output Module. It provides eight output points separated into two groups of four with each group having its own common. The two commons for the two separate groups are not connected inside the module. Each group can operate on a different phase of the AC supply. There is also a 5 amp fuse protecting the two groups from power failure. Additionally, an RC snubber helps to eliminate electrical noises that may originate from the power line.

The IC694MDL330 module has a response time of 1 ms ON and ½ cycle OFF. This module requires the use of user-supplied AC power. DC power is not an option. Indicator LEDs located on the back of the IC694MDL330 module alert the user to output performance and blown fuses. In addition, there are two red bands that remind the user that the IC694MDL330 module is high voltage. This output module works in any Rx3i system I/O slot. Its power consumption is 160mA with all outputs powered ON.

The IC694MDL330 Output Module has been manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation as part of the RX3i PACSystems product series. It operates on a voltage rating of 120 to 240 Volts AC, an output current rating of 2 Amps, and a voltage range from 85 to 264 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. The inrush output current rating of this unit is 20 Amps at maximum for 1 cycle. It features 8 output points which are arranged in 2 isolated groups with each containing 4 output points. Each group has a distinct common, but the commons are not part of the module. These 2 output groups are powered by 1 source of power, and the groups can also all be used on separate phases of the AC power supply. The IC694MDL330 Output Module by GE Fanuc has AC power that is supplied by the operators for loads linked to outputs. This module only operates with an AC power supply, and it cannot operate on a DC power supply.

The 2 groups of outputs on the GE Fanuc Automation IC694MDL330 Output Module are protected by a 5-Amps fuse for every common. Additionally, each output features an RC snubber that is used for the protection of the output when there is transient electrical noise. This output module operates in environments with a temperature rating of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and it can be stored safely in temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The IC694MDL330 Output Module can also tolerate a non-condensing humidity level of 5 to 95 percent, a vibrational frequency rating of 10 to 57 Hertz with peak displacement of 0.006 inches and it is also compliant with the JISC0911 and IEC60068-2-6 standards.
