The GE Fanuc IC694MDL260 is a 32-point Input Module for the Rx3i PACSystem. The 120 VAC module is equipped with 32 discrete input points that are arranged in four isolated groups of eight. Isolation is demonstrated between the four input groups, and all inputs within a group are referenced to the same user common connection. The IC694MDL260 module can be used terminal blocks, including: box-style (IC694TBB032), extended box-style (IC694TBB132), spring-style (IC694TBS032), or extended spring-style (IC694TBS132). Extended blocks allow added shroud depth generally necessary for field wiring to AC devices. Note: The terminal block is ordered separately.
Input filter times are set from the programmer using assigned output data references. Individually-numbered LEDs relay the ON/OFF status of points 1-32. The red/green TB LED is green when the removable terminal block is safely locked in place. It shows red when the block is not properly locked. The module also sends a status message to the RX3i CPU. Red bands on the label warn the user that the IC694MDL260 is a high-voltage module. This module can be installed in any I/O slot in an RX3i system. It should be used with an RX3i CPU (3.50 release or greater) and is not compatible with a Series 90-30 PLC CPU. The IC694MDL260 has a rated voltage of 120 volts AC with an input voltage range of 0 to 132 VAC (or 47-63Hz). Input filter times are 20ms to 254ms in 20ms increments sent from the CPU. Input current is 7.0 mA per point at rated voltage typically. Power consumption is 220 mA at 5VDC with all inputs ON.

IC693MDL260 System Configuration Mismatch
Description
Issues with the IC693MDL260 or IC694MDL260 modules, such as system configuration mismatch errors, or the inability to read the inputs, are often caused by the DIP switch settings on the back of the module.
Resolution
The DIP switch settings must match the software configuration settings for the Hardware. If Input Filters are enabled, move both DIP switches to the right. Some manuals may show that the bottom switch is Not Used; however, it may need to be put to the right to avoid issues.
