Product Description


The IC694CHS392 is an Rx3i PacSystem Serial Expansion Standard I/O Backplane manufactured by GE Fanuc. This 10-slot system can accommodate 10 input and output slots. The slot occupied at the leftmost part is must be occupied by one of the following serial power supplies: IC694PWR331, IC694PWR330, or IC694PWR321. Before a module is installed, a user should ensure to set the IC694CHS392 DIP selection switch. Note, however, that hot installation and removal of modules is not allowed on the backplanes.

At the right end, the serial backplane has a bus connector provision for the attachment of optional or additional expansion cables. Note that expansion cable length should not exceed 15 meters or 50 feet. The backplane measures 5.12 x 17.44 x 5.59 inches in length, width, and height respectively and runs on 5VDC at a rated current of 150mA.
