The STXCCL001 CC-link Network Adapter belongs to the GE Fanuc RTSi series of network adapter modules. It acts as the link between the field bus devices and the I/O modules. The field power supply voltage rating is 24 Volts DC and the voltage range is 11 Volts DC to 28.8 Volts DC. The STXCCL001 CC-link Network Adapter has a maximum of 10 Amps of field supply current and 60 milliamps of rated power dissipation. The operating mode of the module is the broadcast polling operating mode. It can handle up to 32 modules at a time. It supports a maximum of 12 digital input and output points. It also supports 16 analog input and output channels in 4 stations. This module allows for easy connections that can be made without needing to stop the communication.
The STXCCL001 CC-link Network Adapter Module has the UL, cUL, CE, and CC-Link certifications to indicate that it meets several relevant industrial standards. It can be mounted on the left side of the ST-xxx I/O series devices. The size of the module is 45 x 99 x 70 millimeters and the weight is 155 grams. It supports a maximum of 4 remote stations. It has 3 rotary switches which can be used for setting the baud rate and station number. The STXCCL001 CC-link Network Adapter Module uses dedicated cables for wiring. The cables are available in a variety of lengths such as 100, 160, 400, 900, and 1200 meters. The communications speeds associated with each length are 10,000, 5000, 2500, 625, and 156 kilobytes per second, respectively. It has improved performance with an improved communication response compared to other modules. It allows for high-speed and high-capacity data communication between a master station and a slave station within the industrial CC-Link field network.
