GE ST1904 RSTi input module 4 points, 220V AC (AC 170V 264V) GE-IP
The ST-1904 input module is a 4-point discrete input module that has been manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation to be used within the RSTi systems and with the PACsystems devices. This module operates with AC voltage and it can be used with both positive and negative logic. This module is made to be used as an input module, which means it cannot be used with output devices, nor with devices that surpass its voltage limit since this can cause incompatibility damages not only to this device but the whole system. The GE Fanuc Automation ST-1904 4-point discrete input module operates with a voltage range from 170 to 264 Volts AC. This voltage defines the compatibility ratings of different input devices and of the main PLC. Devices that are not able to operate with this voltage will not be able to be connected to this module.
The GE Fanuc Automation ST-1904 4-point discrete input module provides versatility and easy installation and start-up processes, and it can be managed through GE Fanuc software that can be used with all the devices from this series. The GE Fanuc Automation ST-1904 4-point discrete input module needs to be installed in the system with the proper wiring. The connections need to be tight enough not to become disconnected during normal operation and the environment must not have extremely high temperatures that might cause overheating. Also, the module must not be blocked by nearby equipment since this can cause it to overheat. This module, like all the devices from the series, has signal integrity with features that help to minimize noise and help to make debugging the system easier.
