GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms manufactures the IC755ACC15MNT PLC as a replacement gasket kit for PLCs and as part of the QuickPanel product line. This PLC replacement gasket kit has an operator interface that measures 15 inches, and it comes with replacement mounting clips, serial port connectors, and power connectors. This kit is well-matched with the QuickPanel Plus units with 15-inch displays. The ARM microprocessor industrial operator terminals power both the QuickPanel and the QuickPanel Plus units. Additionally, these terminals are designed to operate on the embedded Compact 7 Microsoft Windows OS. These units also have Tyco Electronics power connectors used as inputs rated at either +12 Volts DC or +24 Volts DC. The RS-232 serial port also has a Tyco Electronics connector that can be used with 14 to 30 AWG wires rated for 167 degrees Fahrenheit. The screws are attached at a torque of 0.3 N-m. When the mounting clips are repeatedly tightened, the IC755ACC15MNT replacement gasket kit can get degraded, so the clips should only be tightened when necessary. 

 

The GE Fanuc IC755ACC15MNT replacement gasket kit is primarily used to replace the damaged or missing parts in a QuickPanel or QuickPanel Plus PLC terminal. The QuickPanel Plus terminals have a touchscreen display that uses the GE Fanuc IC755ACC15MNT spare parts kit, which uses the projected capacitive touch technology like the terminals do. Additionally, it supports 2-point multi-touch technology. The QuickPanel Plus unit comes with a 15-inch LCD screen with 1024 x 768 resolution with 310 units of brightness and 65,536 colors. It has different communication options, including 1 RS-232 serial port, 2 USB interfaces with a power rating of 5 Volts at 0.5 Amps, 1 RS-232/RS-485 interface, and 2 10/100 BaseT Ethernet ports with an RJ-45 interface.
