The IC755ACC15GAS kit is a QuickPanel replacement parts and gasket kit manufactured by GE Fanuc. This replacement kit works with a QuickPanel Plus operator interface with a display measuring 15 inches. It belongs to the QuickPanel IC755 product line and it features an installed gasket that is field-replaceable in case of damage. The QuickPanel units also work as industrial PCs with touchscreen displays and they have many different communication options. The gasket that is replaced by the GE Fanuc IC755ACC15GAS replacement gasket kit is pre-installed on QuickPanel Plus units. The enclosures that are used for the installation of the QuickPanel Plus terminals should be metal enclosures. This prevents the gasket from being damaged easily and it limits unnecessary repetitive insertions and removals of the unit to and from the enclosure. 

 

According to GE Fanuc, a new gasket, like the IC755ACC15GAS replacement gasket, can be used to provide full protection to terminals. Extra precautions should be taken when handling the unit, especially during installation into the panel to prevent any possible damage to the QuickPanel Plus terminal. The GE Fanuc QuickPanel Plus terminals have microprocessors as well as 1 gigahertz ARM cortex A8 processors and the Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system. These units use the IC755ACC15GAS gasket with an approximate weight of 9.83 pounds and dimensions of about 15.71 x 12.72 x 2.76 inches. For installation, the 15-inch terminals need a cutout that measures approximately 14.92 x 12.01 inches. The VESA mounting base measures about 3.94 x 3.94 inches, and it can also be used during installation. The enclosure intended for the QuickPanel Plus terminal must have an IP rating of IP 65.
