The IC755ACC10MNT accessory kit from the QuickPanel series that is manufactured by GE Fanuc as an accessory kit that is usable specifically with the 10-inch screens on QuickPanel interface terminals. The IC755ACC10MNT accessory kit makes the basic requirements for mounting an interface terminal safely and securely to a base surface. The parts included in the IC755ACC10MNT accessory kit package are mounting clips to help to mount the terminal to the gasket and the surface that it will operate on. The connector features a Tyco Electronic connector known as a 284539-3 connector with a 3-position block header shrouded 0.138-inch male pin, a power connector, and serial ports. These ports are intended for industrial communication purposes.

 

The GE Fanuc IC755ACC10MNT accessory kit contains several different accessories that are made to provide optimum performance to a terminal. The kit has a 3-pin power cable which is a 30-14 American Wire Gauge cable that is rated for 24 Volts DC voltage. This cable allows for the connection of the power supplies to the operator interface terminal. This cable is USB enabled and it can accept a mouse, which makes it more flexible. It operates best at temperatures between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius, even though the cable is rated for a maximum temperature of 75 degrees Celsius. Even though the kit has only 1 power connector, 1 serial port, and 1 mounting clip, it is sufficient for mounting a terminal it perfectly supports standard industrial terminal use. It is important to ensure that the non-condensing operating humidity level is kept below 80 percent at temperatures below 50 degrees Celsius so that it can operate normally.
