Technical Information

The IC755ACC07GAS gasket is a replacement gasket manufactured by GE Fanuc in the QuickPanel series as a replacement gasket for most of the QuickPanel Plus series devices. It is part of the intelligent division platform of the QuickPanel Plus series as an accessory. This gasket is designed to replace the old version of the QuickPanel Plus gasket module because the original version had a preinstalled module that the new version does not. Due to continuous wear and tear during operation, the gasket on a terminal needs to be replaced. The GE Fanuc IC755ACC07GAS replacement gasket comes with 4 holes on the top and bottom to secure the device to a mounting surface. It is recommended that the mounting clips be tightened occasionally and to avoid the frequent removal or insertion of the terminal to prevent the gasket and the mounting clips from wearing out sooner than normal.

 

No cable is required to be connected to the terminal during the installation of the IC755ACC07GAS replacement gasket for a QuickPanel Plus device. It will not fit into the gasket if any cables are attached. The power supply of the terminal must be disconnected during the installation time. After disconnecting the power supply, the users need to verify and countercheck if the replacement gasket for the terminal is located in the bezel channel on the sides of the device. To properly secure the device, it is advisable to use a torque range of 0.3 N-m on the mounting hardware that holds it in place. All the terminals that are compatible with the GE Fanuc IC755ACC07GAS replacement gasket can operate within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
