IC754VSL12CTD is the GE Fanuc GE Intelligent Platform QuickPanel. Specifically, the IC754VSL12CTD is a QuickPanel + operator interface otherwise known as an all in one microcomputer created for maximum flexibility. This particular model is designed based on the advanced ARM core microprocessor that pairs a variety of communication options with hi-res two point touch screen interface for the user. The touch screen uses projected capacitance that allows tracking of the finger without pressured contact.  Display brightness and backlighting can be adjusted to fit user needs. Equipped with numerous memory types, the IC754VSL12CTD can meet the needs of many demanding operations with a 512 MB section of DRAM split between object and memory storage and the operating system.

This model functions as a virtual hard drive with 256 MB of nonvolatile flash memory shared between the operating system and persistent storage. In the case of a power lapse, the 512 KB battery backed SRAM will provide adequate data storage. Additional to the touch screen interface, the IC754VSL12CTD offers a variety of communication ports as well as LED indicators and connectors.

To begin initial power-up for the QuickPanel, simply connect the DC power using the included plug and begin configuring. The user can connect optional input devices, ports, and expansion adapters at startup if desired. The operating system for this model is Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7 with full 32-bit O/S with a graphical interface. Since the unit is not battery powered, backup saves any changes to the Registry or Desktop to Flash memory. 

The IC754VSL12CTD Quickpanel Display Terminal is a microprocessor-based operator interface terminal from GE Fanuc. It has an innovative and flexible design with 32 MB of memory to accommodate demanding applications. This touchscreen terminal can use the Proficy Machine Edition software to create a flexible and scalable operator interface with enhanced performance. The user applications and communications with the module can be easily established by using the software package. The IC754VSL12CTD Quickpanel Display Terminal can communicate with devices through Ethernet, serial, and communication expansion cards. It can also easily migrate the user applications through the QuickDesigner software package.      

The IC754VSL12CTD Operator Interface Terminal can communicate with industrial machines over a serial interface. It can be easily configured in just a few steps. It has a tri-color LED for providing status updates and an on-board buzzer to indicate the audio signal. Its ambient operating temperature range is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. Some of the main features of the IC754VSL12CTD Terminal include a display size of 12.1 inches, a color TFT display, a display resolution of 800 x 600 pixels, 32 MB of DRAM, an input voltage of 12/24 Volts DC, and dimensions 13.26 x 10.34 x 0.38 inches. This terminal’s 32 MB of dynamic memory contain the operating system and user programs.  The terminal is shipped with all the required accessories such as mounting brackets, protective sheets, power and serial connectors, and a battery.
