The IC754CSF12CTD is an all-in-one microcomputer created by GE and designed for maximum flexibility. The design creation is based on an advanced ARM core microprocessor and combines a high-resolution touch screen operator interface with a wide range of communication options. The IC754CSF12CTD display is a 7” Widescreen TFT LCD with a resolution of 800(W) x 480(H) pixels WVGA. There is visual status indication from the tri-color LED that also provides an on-board buzzer for audio indications. There are two LED indicators attached to the Ethernet port for Activity and Link.

Upon arrival, the IC754CSF12CTD is ready for use from the factory. When powering up the IC754CSF12CTD, all that will be needed is a connection to a DC power supply using the supplied quick-connect plug. There may be the need to connect and configure optional input devices depending on the application such as communication ports or expansion adapters.

Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7 is the operating system for the IC754CSF12CTD. The software is a full 32-bit o/s with a graphical user interface. The operating system is kept in flash memory and duplicated to a block of DRAM for execution. The operating system will start immediately following a power-up or a reset of the IC754CSF12CTD. Changes made to the Windows Registry or Desktop are saved to flash memory by backup. Storage Manager is required to repair or format lost or corrupted data volumes. Data volumes that exist in the SD Card or USB Flash Keys can also be repaired by Storage Manager.
