Technical Information

The ES0610 terminal is a 6-inch QuickPanel display terminal manufactured by GE Fanuc. It is a GE Fanuc Automation display product and it runs on a power rating of 24 Volts DC with a display size of 6 inches and the touchpanel input type. This display module features the Proficy View Machine Edition software which is intended to enable seamless operations. Other notable features include the RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports for communication purposes. All the QuickPanel products are designed to provide a compact display solution and the essential tools required for modern industrial applications. It offers the best touch control technology and the Proficy software enables it to provide flexible and scalable performance. This software also reduces the application development time and enhances connectivity through the integration of communication cables and communication options into 1 device.

 

The GE Fanuc ES0610 QuickPanel Vide display module is compatible with the RS-485 and RS-232 serial communication ports, thus enhancing its connections to different controllers. On the back of this display module, there is a panel that can be opened to enable the operator to access features like the DIP switches and the battery, among others. Before the users open the back and do any maintenance work on the ES0610 display module, it is recommended that the primary source of power be unplugged and completely disconnected to prevent injury to the users or equipment damage. Additionally, there should be no conductive material, whether liquid or solid, in contact with the QuickPanel electronics when the module has been opened. This display module runs on the Windows CE operating system, which is a 32-bit operating system and which has a graphical operator interface.
