GE Terminal Assembly for IC660BBR100 Not UL approved
The GE Fanuc IC660TBR110 assembly is a terminal assembly used with the Genius I/O device. It runs with a voltage rating of 24/48 Volts DC. The operating frequency is 50/60 Hertz. This terminal assembly can be configured as needed and it is intelligent enough to process complex logic and application demands. There are 16 isolated circuits on the front side of the terminal assembly. With an isolation rating of 1500 Volts rms between each other, these circuits each have their own LED indicator to show active connections through them. The IC660TBR110 terminal assembly is manufactured out of high-quality aluminum and it is small in size. The terminal assembly is used as the base of the complete block. All the field wiring connections are made through the terminal assembly. The configuration settings are also stored in the terminal assembly and they can be used to reconfigure the block when necessary.
The IC660TBR110 terminal assembly is connected by using the retaining screws. Genius I/O blocks are easy in installation and can be used up to a distance of 7500 feet from the main PLC. The Genius I/O block uses the 5 Volts communication voltage to send and receive messages. The block is able to transmit inputs and diagnostic fault reports, and receive commands from the CPU and handheld monitors. The “Unit OK” and the different embedded I/O indicators are present along with the monitor port on the top of the terminal assembly. The block dissipates 10.1 Watts of energy as heat. The IC660TBR110 terminal assembly should be used in an environment with temperature between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. The assembly should be well grounded to avoid electrical shocks.
The final letter in the part number (ex. IC660TBR110K) indicates the revision. Revision K or later use the newer style electronic housing and therefore needs the newer style plastic door and may indicate some compatibility issues with the terminal strip.
