Technical Information

The IC600YB943 circuit board is an analog output module circuit board that has been manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This module comes with a current module, and this means it can deliver output currents between 4 and 20 milliamps. During operations, the module receives 12 bits of binary output data to be accessed. Once this has been done, the module works as a digital to analog converter and it delivers the proper levels of voltage or current to the designated channels. The GE Fanuc Automation IC600YB943 analog output module circuit board comes with 4 outputs and it occupies a compact space in the rack. Before the installation of the module in a rack, this module needs to be configured so that the appropriate output status is preserved.

 

The GE Fanuc Automation IC600YB943 analog output module circuit board can be installed with the extraction and insertion tool that is included with the CPU. Once the board has been inserted into the rack, the edge connector on the faceplate needs to be installed onto the circuit board to assure contact between both components. The GE Fanuc Automation IC600YB943 analog output module circuit board can be used and wired in different ways. The channels can be connected for internal or external common source operations depending on the setting of the circuit board jumper. All the common terminals are connected inside the module and this is done to minimize the capacitive loading of the outputs. The module includes LED indicators that show the status of the data transfers.
