Technical Information

The IC600YB902 module is a GE Fanuc component that is made for programmable controller systems. This 24 Volts DC sink output module has an industrial design and small dimensions that reduce overall costs by not needing too much space for installation. The IC600YB902 output module is intended for rack installation. The supported racks are an I/O rack or a CPU rack (Model 60). The module requires the proper placement of DIP switches in order to have adequate communication between the output terminals on the module and program’s output numbers. The module has 8 available outputs and it allows for wiring with both #12 AWG and #14 AWG gauge wires.

 

The IC600YB902 module is made for industrial applications and operation in locations where the relative humidity levels are between 5 and 95% (non-condensing). The operating temperature range of the unit is 0 to 60 degrees Celsius or 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The module responds in 1 millisecond and it provides 2 output groups that include connections of the common high and neutral type. The IC600YB902 module features an inrush current of 7 Amps and a maximum steady state current of 2 Amps. Additionally, the module has a leakage of 5 milliamps at the specified operating temperature and it has a total on-state current of 16 Amps per module. In addition to that, the voltage drops up to 2.25 Volts when the unit is turned on. The IC600YB902 module has power requirements of 5 Volts DC with a current of 400 milliamps. The operating voltage ranges from 19 to 40 Volts DC.
