Standard I/O Rack Power Supply, 115-230Vac PM502 Power Unit Module PLC IC600P IC600PM
The IC600PM502 power supply is a GE Fanuc standard power supply. The voltage range for this device is between 115 and 230 Volts AC. This power supply generates power for the GE Series Six I/O modules. This open enclosure power supply powers a module through the backplane. The front panel of the power supply houses an on/off switch that can be used to control the power flow in the module. Along with the switch, an LED indicator is present that illuminates when the switch is turned on. This standard-capacity IC600PM502 power supply provides 5 Volts DC voltage with a maximum current rating of 6.1 Amps. The input power is supplied to the terminal block that is located on the bottom part of the power unit.
The IC600PM502 power supply is designed with DC output terminals on the circuit board along with a power failure signal terminal and ground terminals. The front side of the module has the terminal block through which the power is connected. A power switch/circuit breaker is present in the power rack to protect the power supply from unwanted current and voltage conditions. During the installation of the power supply, the load of the unit should be calculated to prevent overload conditions. The input voltage mode must be established by using a jumper on the terminal block. The IC600PM502 power supply is an indoor unit and it should be kept in a clean area. The environmental temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius with a maximum non-condensing relative humidity rating of 95%. It is able to withstand regular shocks and vibration for both operating and non-operating conditions.
