The GE Fanuc IC600LR616 8K/8K Combined Memory Unit has been designed and manufactured by GE Fanuc as a program storage and random access memory (RAM) unit for the GE Fanuc Series 6 Programmable Logic Controller or PLC. The GE Fanuc IC600LR616 8K/8K Combined Memory Unit Comes from the factory in an open style construction with an IP 20 protection rating, which means that the manufacturer strongly recommends placing the device inside a properly protected panel board, preferably with a climate control system such as a temperature/humidity controller or a forced ventilation system. The recommended operation temperature should be kept between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius (32 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit).
