The GE Fanuc IC600CP630 rack is a CPU rack for GE Series Six Programmable Logic Controllers or PLCs. The IC600CP630 rack comes with 11 slots and a 95 to 260 Volts AC rated power supply. The GE Series Six PLC can be rack, panel, or wall-mounted. The dimensions of the rack-mounted IC600CP630 rack are 19 x 13.4 x 9.3 inches and the dimensions of the panel-mounted IC600CP630 rack are 20 x 13.4 x 9.3 inches. The weight of the IC600CP630 rack with all of the slots filled is 17 kilograms. The storage temperature range for the rack is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius and the operating temperature range is 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. The recommended range for relative humidity is 5 to 95% (non-condensing).

 

The IC600CP630 rack and the whole system meet the noise immunity requirements of the NEMA IC 2-230 and ANSI C 37.90A standards. A basic GE Series Six PLC comprises a rack, a power supply, an I/O control module, an arithmetic control module, a ribbon cable for connecting the arithmetic and logic modules, a module insertion/extraction tool, mounting brackets, an I/O termination plug, and a field wiring trough. The power supply is located in the left-most slot of the rack. Slot 1 is designated for the I/O control module, Slot 2 is designated for the logic control module, Slot 3 is designated for the arithmetic control module, and Slot 4 is designated for the combined memory module. Seven slots are available on the IC600CP630 rack for I/O modules. The maximum input capacity is 16,000 input points when it is in the expanded I/O mode and the maximum output capacity is 16,000 output points in the expanded I/O mode. The allowable power interruption is 33 milliseconds at 115 Volts AC.
