Technical Information

The IC600BF902 output module is a sink output module with a 24 Volts DC power supply. It is used inside the I/O rack of the GE Series Six system. The GE Series Six system is a modular PLC. It offers outstanding performance and comes in a compact size. It also comes with expanded memory and a high I/O capacity. It offers redundant data processing functions and other additional functions in industrial automation. This sink output module comes with 8 output points and it is used to interface between the I/O bus and the operator output devices. It is powered with a minimum of 400 milliamps of current. The current is supplied through the I/O rack power supply. There are 2 groups of 4 outputs each with common high and neutral connections. The leakage current of the module is 5 milliamps at 60 degrees Celsius. The IC600BF902 output module is listed with UL. The module is used mostly with indicators, relays, solenoid valves, and high-speed switching devices.

 

All of the output points on the GE Fanuc IC600BF902 output module are isolated and they are equipped with their own LED indicators. These indicators illuminate when a connection is made with a specific output point. It comes with optically coupled output drivers. It also provides electrical isolation between different operator devices and the GE Series Six controllers. The load of the output module should be connected to the output terminal and the other side of the load should be connected to the neutral. During the installation of the IC600BF902 output module, the DIP switches should be set behind the card slot on the rack backplane between the output terminals.
