Technical Information

The GE Fanuc IC600BF802 AC/DC input module comes with 8 points and an input voltage of 24 to 48 Volts AC/DC. This input module detects bipolar AC and DC voltages that are controlled and supplied by the users. It has 8 inputs that are allocated in 2 groups of 4 inputs each. Each group shares a neutral circuit that is either N1 or N2. The input circuit has a noise filter for minimizing mode transients, an opto-isolator, a rectifier, and a Schmitt trigger that fires to show a voltage (AC or DC voltage) in a specified range has been identified. The LEDs on the module light up when the inputs are active and they are visible on the faceplate under a lens. The GE Fanuc IC600BF802 AC/DC input module is useful in various applications such as relays, limit switches, monitor, toggle switches, and cam switches.

 

The GE Fanuc IC600BF802 AC/DC input module has optically-coupled inputs to offer electrical isolation between the Series Six programmable logic controller and the users’ power supplies. The module has an on-state voltage range between 20 and 60 Volts, and an off-state voltage range between 0 and 8 Volts. It has an off to on delay of around 10 to 20 milliseconds and an off to on delay of 20 to 50 milliseconds. The GE Fanuc IC600BF802 AC/DC input module has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) and a storage temperature range of -20 to 80 degrees Celsius (-4 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit). It has a non-condensing ambient humidity range of 5 to 95 percent.
