Technical Information

The IC610MDL182 output module is a 16-circuit relay output module with a removable terminal board. It is manufactured and distributed by GE Intelligent Platforms to GE Fanuc as part of the GE Series One product line. It has 16 circuits that can control the on and off loads that are supplied by the users. Typically, the loads consist of motor starters, relay coils, indicator lights, and solenoid valves. The IC610MDL182 relay output is not designed for any particular type of current, and therefore it can be used with a variety of signal and load types. The 16 circuits are divided into 2 groups of 8 circuits each. Each group of 8 circuits can use a separate source of power. The power used to run the field devices must be supplied by the operators. This relay output features LED indicators that show the on and off states of each circuit. The LEDs are found on the logic side of the circuit.

 

The GE Fanuc IC610MDL182 output relay module comes with 16 output circuits that are attached to the user loads via a detachable socket type of terminal board. Some of the remarkable specifications of this module include an operating voltage range of 5 to 220 Volts AC or 5 to 30 Volts DC and an AC frequency range of 47 to 63 Hertz. The IC610MDL182 relay output module has a maximum resistive current of 2 Amps, and 8 Amps of current per common. It also comes with a maximum leakage current of 0.1 milliamps across all the contacts. The smallest recommended load for this relay output is 5 milliamps, with 48 units of load.
