Technical Information

The IC610MDL181 UL-Listed relay output module is a product of GE Fanuc that is manufactured as a member of the GE Series One product line. This relay output module has 5 circuits that are capable of individually controlling the discrete on and off loads supplied by the users. Such loads include motor starters, relay coils, annunciation devices, and indicator lights as well as solenoid valves. This module is not designed to work with a specified type of current like the 24 Volts DC or 115 Volts AC the way other modules are. Therefore, it can work with several signal types and with different loads. The IC610MDL181 relay output module has a relay contact rating of C150. Its 5 circuits are placed in a single group with 2 common connections, which are internally connected. The power that runs all the field devices must be user-supplied.

 

The GE Fanuc IC610MDL181 relay output module comes with LED indicators that are found on the faceplate. They are designed for the visible indication of the on or off status of each circuit. Other specifications of this module include a voltage rating of 5 to 32 Volts AC/DC, a frequency rating of 47 to 63 Hertz, and 23 load units at 9 Volts DC. The IC610MDL181 relay output module also has a continuous current rating of 2.5 Amps, 1 Amp of leakage current across all the contacts, with a minimum recommended load of 5 milliamps and a maximum inrush current of 5 Amps. It also features internal power consumption rating of 45 milliamps for the on-circuits at a voltage rating of 9 Volts DC. This module has 1 replaceable internal fuse rated for 10 Amps.
