Technical Information

The IC610MDL104 I/O module is an input/relay output device that has been manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This device operates with a rated voltage of 24 Volts DC and it provides users with 4 DC-powered input circuits and 4 relay output circuits. These inputs have been designed to receive different signals from different devices that are used by the same users. These signals can be “on” signals or “off” signals. The current state of each one of the inputs can be provided by an LED indicator that comes embedded in the device. The 4 relay inputs provided by the GE Fanuc Automation IC610MDL104 input/relay output device can control the discrete loads that originate from relay coils, motor starters, and indicator lights.

The DC input circuits of the GE Fanuc Automation IC610MDL104 input/relay output device operates with a maximum voltage of 36 Volts DC and an input current of 18 milliamps maximum. The on and off voltage levels of the device go from 0 to 3 Volts DC and 18 to 36 Volts DC, respectively. The maximum off-state leakage of this section is 3 milliamps and the maximum on-state current is 7 milliamps. The relay output circuits of the GE Fanuc Automation IC610MDL104 input/relay output device operates with a voltage of 5 to 265 Volts AC or DC and with a frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz. It has a maximum current of 4 Amps and a maximum leakage current of 1 milliamp. This module has a power consumption rating of 45 milliamps for each circuit that is on at 9 Volts.
