Technical Information

The IC610MDL101 input module is a sink input module that has been designed and manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This module is intended to provide inputs so that it can receive discrete signals from different devices such as limit switches and selector switches, among others. This module comes with 8 circuits that receive single discrete “on” and “off” signals. It is important to mention that this module does not require an external power supply, but the equipment attached to it might need their own power supply. The GE Fanuc Automation IC610MDL101 sink input module requires power to sense the current state of the inputs, but this power is already provided by the rack power supply, so there is no need for an external power source for this purpose.

 

The GE Fanuc Automation IC610MDL101 sink input module has 8 inputs that operate with a maximum voltage rating of 36 Volts DC and a maximum input current of 18 milliamps. The input impedance rating for this module is 1.8 K Ohms and it has an on-state level of less than 3 Volts DC and an off-state level higher than 3 Volts DC. The GE Fanuc Automation IC610MDL101 sink input module has an internal power consumption rating of 14 milliamps for each circuit that is powered on. This module comes with LED indicators that show the current status of each of the 8 input modules and it supports a maximum off-state current leakage of 3 milliamps. This module can be mounted on a rack in a proper environment that does not negatively affect its functioning.
