The EP-750F Power Module is a potential distribution module designed by GE Fanuc. It has 16 channels, interface support, PNSR system redundancy, and DIN Rail mounting facilities, and it weighs 84 grams. The EP-750F Power Module is designed to provide an easy connection to power I/O and earth sources while eliminating complex and unnecessary external components. It also offers superior diagnostics features and an extended operating temperature range. The EP-750F Power Module also offers quick and simple plug-and-play installation with a simple but accurate double-click installation mechanism. It supports the PROFINET RT, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP, and EtherCAT protocols. The EP-750F Power Module provides high performance in half the space that other kinds of power modules require. This module is used as a power distribution module in the RSTi-ESP I/O station. 

 

The EP-750F Power Module has a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. This passive module does not support a field bus connection and it is not considered for the field bus configuration because it does not make a difference to the configuration. It also does not have a fuse, so the users must ensure that the connection cables to the sensors and actuators are fused. It comes with spring-clamp terminals to easily connect both the stranded and solid wires. It is recommended to use ultrasonically welded wires or wires with crimped wire-end ferrules for the field device connections. The maximum ampacity of the 4-pole wire connector blocks is 10 Amps. The supply voltage of the EP-750F Module is 0 Volts from the output current path. This module requires no special tools for installing or removing the I/O wiring connectors. Because the EP-750F Power Module is a passive module, it is often recommended to install it near an active module in the system. However, it can also be combined with up to 3 passive elements, including a power-feed module and an empty slot module.
