It is available from the accessories catalog. The IC200CBL655 cable has a 25-pin D-type connector on one end of the cable for connecting to a Mitsubishi Fx controller.
The GE Fanuc IC200CBL655 Mitsubishi Fx 25-pin expansion cable is an RS-422 communication cable that has been made for use with the GE Fanuc DataPanel 45/65/85 (DP150, 160, 240E) operator interface modules. The Datapanel operator interface modules are high-performance industrial operator interface modules designed to meet the demands of modern-day automation systems. The Datapanel 45/65/85 operator interface offers direct and effective controller communication via an RS-422 communication cable like the IC200CBL655 cable, a read and write data capability that is available via the RS-232 serial ports, a built-in control keypad with programmable function keys, support for a wide variety of network protocols, digital and analog tag scaling, and real-time display of operation data. The GE Datapanel 45/65/85 operator interface also offers operators graphical information about the current state of their devices and processes as well as continuous updates of all the tags, especially when a page is displayed. The GE Fanuc Datapanel operator interfaces provide graphic page displays with static and dynamic text on up to 200 user-configured pages, and up to 20 dynamically displayed elements can be updated directly from a controller.
The GE Fanuc Datapanel operator interface modules support 2 classes of connector cables which are download cables and communication cables that make different kinds of connections in the system. The GE Fanuc IC200CBL655 expansion cable belongs to the communication cable class. The IC200CBL655 communication cable is used for connecting the Datapanel I/O modules to the controller by using only the Tx, Rx, Signal, and Ground pins on the Datapanel module. It is important to note that the IC200CBL655 expansion communication cable is not supplied with the Datapanel modules that it works with and that it must be ordered separately from the GE Fanuc accessories catalog. The IC200CBL655 RS-422 expansion communication cable is supplied with configuration software. The IC200CBL655 cable also has a 25-pin RS-422 connector port that can be connected to the “Prog Port” of a Mitsubishi FX PLC.
