Cognex DVT LEGEND 540 NO LGT. Note: Legend 540 High Speed SmartImage Sensor
The DVT 540 Machine Vision Sensor Camera is a product manufactured by Cognex Corporation to evaluate the presence and orientation of an object in its surroundings accurately. This device is a Cognex Legend Series 500 device that comes with a 4.8 by 3.6-millimeter minimum CCD lens format and a 640 by 480 resolution with a higher processing speed than previous sensor cameras. The DVT 540 Machine Vision Sensor Camera has 64 MB and 16 MB of RAM and flash memory, respectively. External connections are made possible through the RJ 45 keyed 10-pin connector and a 10/100-megabit Ethernet connection. The CCD lens provides an image that the DVT 540 Camera combines with the power process to deliver a more accurate performance at very high speeds that are ideal for executing large applications.
The DVT 540 Machine Vision Sensor Camera is mountable with the 4 M4 holes located at the back of the device with a depth of 7.9 millimeters that can accommodate nearly all cables. The exposure time is 10 microseconds to 1 second while the shutter type is non manual/electronic. The Ethernet network card slot low-profile bracket and the standard profile bracket work with both mini and standard size PCs with the IP/TCP communication protocols. It supports IEEE802.3x Flow Control for the Full Duplex Mode and backpressure for the Half Duplex Mode. It is one of the easiest devices to use to transfer data to an external device through the Modbus because the user interface that has been provided enables the copying of registers from one interface to another interface. It can also gather data based on other sensors to an external device.
