Beijer Electronics developed Exter T70-BL graphic touch-based human-machine interface is part of the EXTER series of HMI. It has a high-resolution display that provides crisp and colorful visuals for monitoring and regulating industrial processes. The EXTER product family includes high-performance operator panels that can be used in virtually all maritime control activities. When intuitive operation and ergonomic design are essential, this tough operator panel series is used. These small panels can be relied on to do their job wherever from outside installation on offshore rigs to space-saving fly bridge assembly to direct placement within propulsion engines. Users can select from several devices, with keypads or touch screens ranging in size from 6.5 to 15 inches. The Exter T70-BL can be used in a variety of industrial applications, including manufacturing, process automation, energy management, and building automation. The HMI has a responsive touch interface that allows operators to interact with the system using intuitive motions like swiping, pinching, and tapping. The T70-BL is built to resist tough industrial environments. It is also vibration resistant, making it appropriate for usage in machinery and equipment. The Exter T70-BL has several communication methods for connecting to industrial devices and systems. It has several serial connectors, Ethernet ports, and USB ports for smooth data interchange and integration. It is compatible with expansion modules, which allow for the addition of functionality and connectivity choices such as additional communication ports or fieFieldbusotocols. Sun-readable panels based on EXTER are appropriate for applications exposed to sunshine, decreasing reflected glare and offering clear images and text when standard displays become unreadable.
