The Allen-Bradley TLY-A110P-BJ62AA is a member of the Kinetix TLY and TL series of Allen-Bradley permanent magnet servo motors. This compact low-inertia servo motor is designed to be used with Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000, Kinetix 300/350, Kinetix 2000, Kinetix 3, and Ultra 3000 series servo drives. The TLY-A110P-BJ62AA servo motor is suitable for robotics, material handling, X-Y tables, specialty machinery, and semiconductor manufacturing applications. The TLY-A110P-BJ62AA motor is a 200V class motor that has a voltage rating of 230V AC, a frame size of 45 mm, and a 1-inch permanent magnet stack. It can operate with a rated speed of 5000 RPM. It comes with a built-in feedback device. The feedback device is a 17-bit (131,072 counts/revolution) battery-backed absolute encoder that provides precise position feedback for accurate control. The encoder supports the SSI feedback protocol. The TLY-A110P-BJ62AA servo motor comes in an IP65-rated housing. It has a carbon steel shaft and a carbon steel shaft key but no shaft seal. An optional shaft seal can be installed, but it must be replaced regularly to guarantee that the motor is protected from fine dust and fluids at all times. The TLY-A110P-BJ62AA servo motor does not need a shaft seal if it is not in applications that would expose it to fine dust or large amounts of fluid. The TLY-A110P-BJ62AA motor can operate at ambient temperatures of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, and it can be stored at temperatures of -30 to 70 degrees Celsius. This servo motor has no built-in holding brake. The TLY-A110P-BJ62AA servo motor has 1-meter leads with plastic circular connectors.
