This intelligent motor controller boasts a comprehensive range of advanced operational modes, including Soft Start, Current Limit Start, Selectable Kickstart, Dual Ramp Start, Full Voltage Start, Preset Slow Speed, Linear Speed Acceleration, Coast-to-Rest, and Smart Motor Braking, among others. Designed for 3-Phase systems, it operates within a line voltage range of 200-480VAC and control voltage of 100-240VAC. When utilized as a line controller, it consistently delivers a maximum output current of 135 Amperes, translating to 40 HP at 200VAC, 50 HP at 230VAC, and a robust 100 HP at 460 VAC. Meanwhile, in its Delta controller configuration, this versatile device capably handles 75 HP at 200VAC, 75 HP at 230VAC, and an impressive 150 HP at 460VAC. To ensure the controller's longevity and performance, it features an open-style enclosure, mandating installation within a protective enclosure rated at IP65 (Type 4/12) for non-combination setups, with minimum enclosure dimensions of 762 mm x 610 mm x 305 mm (HxWxD). For combination controllers with fusible disconnect or circuit breakers, the recommended enclosure size increases to 965 mm x 762 mm x 356 mm (HxWxD). Adequate mounting clearance of 15 cm, both top and bottom, should be accommodated during installation. Additionally, the controller incorporates a comprehensive self-testing mechanism that assesses for shorted SCRs before and during startup, preventing damage from phase imbalances and signaling faults through LED indicators. Furthermore, it monitors phase imbalances during operation and promptly signals a fault, resulting in a trip if these imbalances exceed defined thresholds. Notably, the 150-C135NBD is designed to safeguard against single-phase operation, minimizing the risk of motor burnout
