The Allen Bradley 150-C108NCD Smart Motor Controller is engineered with precision to elevate industrial motor control to the highest standards. Operating at a rated operating voltage (Ue) of 200V, this controller boasts a control supply voltage of 100V at both AC 50/60Hz. Its robust design incorporates a fan power rating of 20 VA and can handle overload currents of up to 27A with ease. The controller type SMC-3 is equipped with DV/DT protection at 1000V/µs for power circuit safety. It repetitively withstands peak voltages of 1600V per UL/CSA/NEMA standards for power circuit reliability, even under demanding operating frequencies of 50/60Hz per UL/CSA/NEMA for power circuits. This Smart Motor Controller exhibits impressive power capabilities, supporting line-connected motor power of up to 75 kW at 500V AC, 50Hz, 3-phase, and delta-connected motor power ranging from 50 to 150 Hp at 575V AC, 60Hz, 3-phase. With an overvoltage category of III per IEC and a rated impulse voltage of 6 kV, it ensures operational safety and resilience. The controller maintains dielectric withstand at 2500V AC per IEC for power circuit protection. In terms of motor currents, it supports a wide range, accommodating line-connected motor currents from 27A to 108A at 500/575V AC, 3-phase, and delta-connected motor currents from 47A to 187A at 500/575V AC, 3-phase. It offers insulation voltage rated at 600V AC per UL/CSA/NEMA for power circuits, ensuring electrical safety. The rated operational voltage for side-mount auxiliary contacts is 250V AC/30V DC per UL/CSA/NEMA. This controller efficiently manages rated control power during start with the fan, consuming 200 mA at 120V AC, 120 mA at 240V AC, and 600 mA at 24V AC/DC.
