Eaton Cutler-Hammer's S811T30N3S motor soft-starter is a flexible solid-state controller designed for several industrial uses. Soft starters are smart gadgets used to start and stop motors, the fundamental drivers of many types of industrial equipment, safely and effectively. This soft-starter operates between 200 and 600 VAC and has high-tech control circuitry rated at 24 VDC. It can accommodate motor applications ranging in size from 100 to 300 Horsepower, with its nominal output voltages of 208/240/380/480/575 Volts AC and its remarkable output current rating of 304 Amperes. Motor control efficiency and dependability are guaranteed by the S811T30N3S's inbuilt bypass, which has a mechanical lifetime of 10 million actuations and an insulating voltage of 660 V. Users may fine-tune motor performance to suit unique operating needs with options like Current limit start, Kick-start, ramp-start, and ramp-stop. The overload trip classes of the soft-starter are 5, 10, 20, and 30, and the overload setting is adjustable from 30% to 100%, so it can provide crucial motor protection. This gadget is built to last in the workplace, since it can tolerate vibrations of up to 3g and shocks of up to 15G.
