The 25B-V6P0N104 is an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 adjustable frequency AC drive that is intended to give industrial AC motors precision control. It has a built-in Ethernet I/P connection, enabling smooth interaction with Allen-Bradley Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC) like CompactLogix and ControlLogix. This drive provides a number of motor control techniques, such as V/Hz Control, Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), and Permanent Magnet Motor Control, allowing for fine speed and torque modulation as well as motion and positioning control with permanent magnet motors. For automated analog control loop regulation, it also offers proportional + integral + derivative (PID) control. The input current is 3.2 Amperes, and the input voltage varies from 100 to 120 VAC, one phase. The output characteristics include 0-230 VAC, 3-Phase, 6.0 Ampere output current, 1.5 HP or 1.1 kW power rating for standard and heavy-duty activities, and output frequency adjustment from 0 to 500 Hz. A Human Interface Module (HIM) and an integrated IGBT brake are both components of this drive. A Drive Serial Interface (DSI) connection is also provided in addition to the Ethernet port for point-to-point communication and accessory module insertion, such as a remote-mounted HIM or communication interface modules like dual-ethernet I/P and Profibus cards. The PowerFlex 525 series, which is known for its versatility, includes the 25B-V6P0N104. It has USB connectivity, PC interface through the MainsFree software, and support for a variety of motor functions, including closed-loop velocity vector control and sensorless vector control. It has an IP20 casing, is suitable for panel installation, and has the Point Stop function, which guarantees reliable motor load placement without encoder feedback. Its small size (7.09 x 3.43 x 6.77 inches) makes it a flexible complement to industrial automation, improving speed and torque control and boosting energy effectiveness.
